Friday night into Saturday: 6/10ths of an inch of rain! Friday, Saturday, and so far today: not windy! Outside now: 55°, scattered clouds, 62% humidity. Very fine weather.
Well, yeah, the roads were slick yesterday morning. But, hey: no need to water just yet.
A red-wing blackbird was in our yard yesterday, the population of hummingbirds is increasing, the phoebes are checking out their condo, and Tibs is digging a tunnel to Mongolia in the currant bush’s flower bed. I’ll probably have to take some action on that last one. Oh, and the lettuce & chard starts were munched upon. So we know they were good!
